It’s the little things that count

I’ve often heard experienced business people in different industries looking at different issues use a similar mantra:
“Untidy xxxxx, untidy business”
where xxxxx could be shop, storeroom, workshop, reception, kitchen, factory, vehicle, warehouse, etc. In essence, each of these successful business leaders raises a mental red flag if they walk into a business and see obvious inattention to tidiness; not everywhere, just in areas critical to the success of the type of business.

So when you’ve got a prospective customer, investor, partner or employee on your premises, what will be their reaction?
